AI Performance Motion Artist

Izmir

Full-time

You'll produce video creatives, motion ad pieces, and storefront assets for our AI photo and video apps already scaled to millions. The work is judged by one thing: did it move the funnel? You'll watch the data tell you what to push and what to bury. You're also a researcher. You track competitors, TikTok, and Instagram trends, and turn them into creatives before anyone else does. Since we build AI video apps, you write your own prompts and run AI video models yourself, you don't wait for someone to hand you outputs. The team supports you, but support isn't an excuse for slow output. The goal: don't miss trends, ship a lot of creatives, and if luck and skill align — start one. If you want a job where your output gets framed and admired, this isn't it. If you want a job where it gets tested against ten thousand competitors and the winner makes the company money tomorrow, keep reading.

About Univenn

At Univenn, we operate as an AI-native startup studio building and scaling mobile apps used by millions of people globally.

You'll be part of our AI App Studio, where product, growth, creative, engineering, and data work closely together. We move fast, test constantly, and care about building products that users love, use, and pay for.

We kept what helps, removed what slows us down, and focused the company around ownership, speed, and shipping.

How You'll Think

AI is your second brain. You write your own prompts, generate your own assets, iterate your own outputs. Runway, Kling, Veo, or whatever's hot this quarter — you sit down and produce it yourself.

Marketer brain, designer hands. The first question in your head isn't "how should this look?" — it's "what will make a stranger stop scrolling and tap?"

You hunt trends, you don't wait for them. Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center are running tabs in your browser. You see a hook take off Friday and ship a version by Monday.

Ship at scale, kill without ego. We test relentlessly and double down on what wins. You ship dozens of variations a week and kill your own work when the numbers say so. When the ugly variant outperforms the polished one, you ship the ugly one.

What the Job Looks Like

  • Build paid social creatives at high volume; Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, Mintegral

  • Produce UGC-style videos end-to-end: hooks, talent (synthetic or real), voiceover, edit, captions, music

  • Reverse-engineer ads winning right now (ours and competitors') and ship iterations that test specific hypotheses

  • Own the storefront: App Store and Play Store screenshots, preview videos, localized variants, A/B tests

  • Translate TikTok trends, macro waves and micro niches — into ad concepts for our apps

  • Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Captions, Flux) as daily workflow

  • Build your own production pipelines, character consistency, auto-edit, batch generation, and partner with the Agentic AI Engineer to turn repeatable steps into agents

What You Need

A track record in paid creative. Creatives you produced ran on Meta or TikTok with real budget, and you can talk about wins and losses in specifics.

Strong video chops. Fluent in CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or your tool of choice. You can take a script and ship a finished short-form video without help.

Design ability in service of conversion. Every visual choice traces back to a reason it should convert better.

Real AI generation fluency. You've used several of: Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Captions, Flux. You know which one to reach for when.

Trend instinct. You can walk us through three creative angles currently scaling on TikTok and explain why each works.

Comfort with numbers. CTR, CVR, IPM, ROAS, hook rate, thumb-stop rate — you read them and form opinions.

Self-starter energy. You bring ideas before anyone asks. You build the brief.

English fluency. Our creatives ship globally and our team communicates in English.

Nice to Have

  • Creative work for a B2C subscription app that crossed $1M ARR or 1M+ MAU

  • Character consistency know-how (LoRA training, Flux references, Runway Act-One, Higgsfield)

  • Light automation skills (Make.com, n8n, simple Python or JS)

  • Media-buying, growth, or performance marketing background

  • Scripting, hosting, or on-camera comfort

  • A side project where you tried to automate part of creative production

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You judge creative by craft awards rather than performance reports

  • You need a detailed brief to start

  • You prefer one polished piece over thirty tested variations

  • You think AI generation is someone else's job

  • You take feedback as criticism rather than as data

About AI Replacing You

We're going to ask you to use AI hard not just for faster assets, but for workflows and agents that take steps off your plate permanently.

This isn't a trap. Creatives who learn to do this become rare, leveraged, and expensive. The more of your own job you automate, the more strategic your role gets.
