What You'll Own

• App-side AI tools. The prompts, model selections, and workflows behind features users tap inside our apps.

• Generation pipelines. ComfyUI workflows, multi-model chains, character consistency setups, batch generation systems.

• Asset production for marketing. When the Motion Artist needs ten variations of a specific character, scene, or motion, you produce them.

• Model evaluation. Sora drops a new version, Veo updates, a new player appears on Fal — you test it on day one and report back with examples.

• Quality bar. You don't ship "AI-looking" output. You iterate until it's indistinguishable from intentional craft.

How You'll Work With the Team

You sit parallel to the AI Performance Motion Artist they own creative and marketing output, you own the generation layer that feeds them and the AI features inside the apps. You also work with the Agentic AI Engineer when prompts and workflows need to become production-grade systems.

What You Need

Real workflow experience. You've built and shipped on ComfyUI, Fal, Replicate, Wiro, EachLabs, or similar. Not just used a hosted UI — actually built a workflow.

Hands-on with the model stack. Nano Banana, Sora, Veo, Kling, Flux, Seedance, Runway, Wan, Hunyuan — you've used several and know their strengths and failure modes.

Prompt craft as a discipline. You treat prompts like code: versioned, tested, iterated.

Visual judgment. You spot a six-fingered hand or a melting face at a glance. Aesthetic taste is real here.

English fluency. Our team and apps run globally in English.
