AI Product Growth Owner

Izmir

Full-time

TL;DR You will own an app. End-to-end. P&L included. Product decisions are yours. You drive marketing and creative: setting direction, briefing campaigns, pushing for sharper iterations. If the app grows, it is because of your judgment, speed, and ownership. If it does not, that is also on you. This is not a traditional PM role. This is a mini-GM role inside a mobile app studio that ships fast and runs on AI.

AI is not a feature - it’s how our company runs.

You are accountable for MRR, LTV, ARPDAU, and ROAS. Not "informed about" them. Accountable for them.

You will improve performance across the full journey: onboarding, paywalls, pricing, retention, creative angles, revenue growth, and experiments. You will also track trends across AI apps, consumer products, social platforms, and ad creatives, turn them into opportunities, and push marketing and creative toward faster, stronger iterations.

About Univenn

At Univenn, we operate as an AI-native startup studio building and scaling mobile apps used by millions of people globally.

You will be part of our AI App Studio, where product, growth, creative, engineering, and data work closely together. We move fast, test constantly, and care about building products that users love, use, and pay for.

We kept what helps, removed what slows us down, and focused the company around ownership, speed, and shipping.

What You'll Own

Revenue. MRR, LTV, ARPDAU, ROAS. You walk into the room with the numbers.

The product roadmap. You decide what ships next and why. You write the PRDs. You make the trade-offs.

Marketing and creative direction. You work side-by-side with UA, performance marketing, and creative: setting the angles, briefing the campaigns, calling out what is not working, and pushing the team toward sharper iterations. You own the funnel from impression to subscription.

The growth loop. Paywall A/B tests, onboarding optimization, retention experiments, web-to-app flows, win-back campaigns, pricing experiments. You design them, run them, read the results, and ship the next one.

Trend radar. AI apps, consumer products, social platforms, ad creatives. You track them and turn them into opportunities the team can act on this week, not next quarter.

peerCross-functional execution. Engineering and Design have their own leads, but you set the priority. You make sure the right thing ships at the right time.

How You'll Work With the AI Engineer

You will have an Agentic AI Engineer as a peer whose job is to make sure your app and your team run on agents, automations, and intelligent workflows.

  • You spec what you need. They build the agent, the automation, or the internal tool.

  • For AI-powered product features, you define the user-facing behavior and acceptance criteria. They own the implementation and quality.

  • You do not have to build agents yourself, but you have to know what is possible. If you cannot tell a good AI workflow from a bad one, you will waste their time.

What We're Looking For

AI-native working mindset. You do not use AI as a side tool. It is a core part of how you think, research, analyze, decide, and execute. Modern AI tools, coding agents, creative AI tools, and research workflows are already part of your daily operating system. You do not ask "should we use AI for this?" because you already did.

Consumer subscription app experience. You have shipped B2C apps such as calorie trackers, fitness, photo/AI tools, language, mental health, productivity, utilities, or similar categories, and you know what makes them grow.

Demonstrable revenue impact. You can walk us through specific tests, specific wins, and specific numbers from an app you have owned.

Funnel and paywall fluency. Muscle memory, not theory. You are hands-on with Amplitude, Adjust/AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, Firebase, GA, or similar tools. SQL is a plus.

Real experience directing marketing and creative work. Not just collaborating. Driving the angles, the briefs, and the iteration loop.

Strong product thinking. You connect user needs to product experience, marketing angles, and revenue metrics.

Curiosity about agentic workflows. You see autonomous agents and self-running processes as leverage to be captured, not buzzwords.

Bias for action. You ship, iterate, improve. Ambiguity does not slow you down.

English fluency. We work and communicate in English.

Nice to Have

  • Built or directed an app that crossed $1M ARR or 1M+ MAU

  • Background in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth before product

  • Experience with Superwall, Adapty, or similar paywall infrastructure

  • Experience with web-to-app funnels, ASO, pricing experiments, win-back flows, or subscription optimization

  • Ability to understand AI workflows well enough to brief engineers, evaluate outputs, and identify where agents or automations can create leverage

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You need a roadmap handed to you

  • You prefer "facilitating alignment" over making decisions

  • You want to manage process more than outcomes

  • You think marketing is someone else's job

  • You see AI as a productivity add-on rather than a core operating layer

What You Get

  • Full ownership of an app with real revenue and real users from day one

  • A small, fast team where decisions happen in hours, not weeks

  • Direct line to the founder

  • Compensation calibrated to seniority, with revenue-linked upside for the right person

  • The tools, budget, and autonomy to actually ship

  • İzmir HQ, hybrid& remote-friendly for the right candidate
