We founded Hrpanda to solve the hiring chaos we experienced ourselves. By harnessing AI, we streamlined candidate and application management into a clear, seamless process. In our first year, we partnered with over 50 companies and secured two rounds of funding, proving that recruitment can be both intelligent and effortless.
Understanding the challenge
Every big idea starts with a problem, and for us the problem was clear: hiring had become far too complicated. Recruiters were buried under endless CVs, spreadsheets, and emails, while applicants often felt invisible as their applications disappeared into systems without a response. What should have been a process of bringing people together had become frustrating for both sides. We asked ourselves a simple question: What if hiring could be easier? That question became the spark that started HrPanda.

From the beginning, our goal wasn’t to build just another applicant tracking system. There were plenty of those already, and most added more work than they saved. Instead, we wanted to create a partner for recruiters; a platform that simplified the recruiter's work, saved time, and helped companies focus on what truly matters: finding the right people.
Our approach
Our mission has always been simple: to simplify hiring while keeping it human. Behind every job opening is a company with big goals, and behind every CV is a person with hopes and potential. HrPanda was built to be the bridge that connects them quickly, fairly, and transparently. Four values guide us in this work: simplicity, transparency, innovation, and human focus.
Listening to recruiters was key. They told us what slowed them down, and we built solutions. One of the first was our powerful filtering system, which lets recruiters instantly narrow applicants by experience, education, or skills, turning hours of work into minutes.
Then came a turning point: the rise of artificial intelligence. We didn’t see AI as a replacement for recruiters but as a way to make their work easier and smarter. That’s why we built tools like our AI Fit Algorithm to match candidates with roles, AI Summarizer to highlight overlooked talent, and AI Smart Search to find the talent that fits the recruiter's requirements the best. With these, recruiters spend less time on admin work and more time connecting with people.
Many of HrPanda’s best features, from email templates to daily reports, grew directly from user feedback. That’s because we believe building HrPanda isn’t something we do alone, it’s something we do together with our users.
Today, HrPanda is more than a hiring tool. It’s a platform designed to make recruiting simple, fair, and intelligent. What started as frustration has become a vision for the future of hiring: one that gives back what matters most time, clarity, and connection.
